fruits and vegetablesNational Nutrition Month is a great time to learn about the health benefits of eating fruits and vegetables and to try and get your kids to eat them more.

Fruits and vegetables are usually good low-fat foods that are a good source of fiber, potassium, and many vitamins.

How do you get kids to eat them more? You can start by offering them more, including a variety of choices, and being a good role model by eating more fruits and vegetables yourself.
