Infant Swing Recall - Photo courtesy of the CPSCAbout 560 Happy Swing II infant swings that were made in China and were imported by Dream On Me, Inc. are being recalled because "opening between the tray and seat or the grab bar and seat can allow a child's body to pass through and become entrapped at the neck, posing a strangulation hazard to young children if the belt is not engaged."

If you have one of these infant swings, which were sold for between $80 to $130 from October 2010 through September 2012, you should stop using and contact Dream On Me to get a free replacement infant swing.

Surprisingly, Dream On Me is also offering a mobile baby walker as a replacement product for their defective infant swing, even though the American Academy of Pediatrics urges parents to throw out their baby walkers and "has called for a ban on the manufacture and sale of baby walkers with wheels."
