Do your kids take their ADHD medications during the summer?

While some parents consider giving their kids a 'break' from medication during the summer, most should likely continue to take their medicine.

It is important to keep in mind that for most kids with ADHD, their symptoms don't just affect their school work, but can also affect their behavior at home, relationships with friends and family members, and other routine tasks of daily life.

Summer is a good time to think about your child's ADHD though, whether you are thinking about a trial off medicine or a medication adjustment.
