Crib Recall - Photo Courtesy of the CPSCThe U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission and Playkids U.S.A. has announced the recall of about 2,000 convertible cribs following the death of a baby who got entrapped between the crib's mattress and side rail.

Consumers should stop using these convertible crib/playpen/bassinet/beds, which can have a model number PLK-909 and have "Playkids U.S.A." on the label and should contact the manufacturer for a refund.

The CPSC is also recalling over 1.5 million Delta drop side cribs because of missing or faulty safety pegs and safety pegs that help to keep the drop side from detaching. Parents who have these cribs should stop using them until they get and use a repair kit.
