High Fat FoodsParents are getting used to the idea that there are certain foods that they should encourage their kids to eat and others that they should avoid. Of course, this usually means eating low-fat foods, while also avoiding high-calorie foods.

I’m just so glad that we’ve come to a point where we can distinguish between good fats and bad fats. When I was young avocados were consider bad because of high fat, or walnuts were bad for you because they contained high fat. I’m just thankful I can eat these kinds of fats now.
